When customer makes order, he/she fills order form where indicates all instructions about order. Service provider takes responsibility to deliver ordered text according to these instructions.
Service provider provides onlye these guarantees: deliver text in frame of deadline, deliver not plagiarised contect, make unlimted revisions of content.
Service provider can't guarantee text quality, but he guarantees he will do unlimited revisions of text - according to customer's requests.
Additional instructions can be provided by email and initial instructions (including deadline) can be adjusted by email.
Refund is possible only until service provider hasn't started the work. Partial refund possible when not whole work was delivered until deadline.
